Rules and Regulations
Parking: Only one vehicle is allowed at each site, if additional vehicles are requested, please contact the office. Vehicles must be parked on pavement at all times.
Campers/Parents - Campers/Parents are solely responsible for the safety and behavior of their children, friends of their children and their guests at all times. At no time are children to remain on the premises without an adult.
Alcohol - Please consume alcohol in moderation. Drunkenness, impaired or under the influence, loud or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. No one under 21 years of age will be allowed to possess or consume alcohol in the campground.
Noise - Occupants are to be respectful of other occupants and ensure radio, TV’s, dog barking etc. do not disturb others.
Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. The quality of rest and relaxation is impotant to all campers so please refrain from loud noises and disturbances during this period. The volume level for all stereos, radios, TVs, or other noise making devices must be at a minimum during this time. If you can hear it from outside your camper, it’s too loud!
Appearance - The overall neat appearance and natural serene beauty is what all campers enjoy most, so please do your part in maintaining your site in this manner. To help in keeping a clean and neat appearance, please refrain from bringing in non-camping items. One gas grill is allowed and must be equipped with an attached grease catcher. Nothing is to be tied to utility poles or trees.
Firearms/Drugs - The use, display and possession of firearms, air arms, paintball guns, fireworks, explosives, weapons and illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and removal of your personal effects and the authorities will be notified. The tossing, throwing, etc. of rocks, stones or other objects is prohibited.
Water - Water (sinks, hoses, showers, toilets) is NOT to be used in the event of a power outage until power is restored. No pools of any sizes are to be filled and used on site. No washing of Autos or Campers. No water play with hoses.
Sewer Hookups - All sites have a sewer hookup. All campers shall use toilet paper designed for
Recreational vehicles. Paper clogs can be avoided. Allow your tanks to fill up to ¼ full to allow solids to “float”. Gate valves must not be left open on the black water tank until you are ready for purging. An open gate valve on your gray water tank could result in foul and hazardous septic odors (methane gas) outside and may end up inside your camper. Do not dispose of paper towels, clothing, sanitary napkins, grease, dog feces, rocks, food scraps or anything that is not human waste or dish water in the sewer system.
Speed Limit - A maximum speed of 5 mph throughout the campground will be tolerated, including all vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, or any other wheeled method of transportation.
Bicycles - All children under the age of 18 are required to wear bike helmets when biking around the park and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Trash - Household trash only. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the dumpster. Please throw trash toward the back of the dumpster. Trash may not be left next to or leaning on the outside of the dumpster. All boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster. The dumpster is video monitored to ensure adherence.
Wifi - Free wifi is provided for all guests. Please ask for the password upon arriving at Paradise Park. Attempting to download large data files, movies, or TV programs can slow down the entire network or shut it down completely. Please refrain from this type of uploading or downloading using our wireless service.
Pets - Pets are welcome but are required to be leashed at all times. Pets must be cleaned up after.
Campers who do not pick up after their pets will be asked to leave with NO refunds, NO exceptions. Growling or barking dogs will not be tolerated. On complaint of noise, one warning will be issued. In the event such barking or growling continues, the camper shall remove the pet from the campground or the camper must leave immediately.
Trees - Please do not cut, trim, strip, nail, or damage trees or vegetation in any way unless authorized by management to do so. All landscaping (trees, flowers, shrubs, stone, fencing, etc.) remains the property of the campground.
Tents - No sleeping tents to be set up/used on grounds.
Indemnity - The use of any equipment, facilities or of the campground by any person is at that person’s risk and the register Camper agrees to indemnify and hold the campground owners harmless from any loss, cost, or damage incurred by it as a result of the activities of the registered Camper, his family members, invitees and guests.
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse admission to anyone not abiding by the rules and standards set by the establishment.
